Madden Humphrey is the owner and operator for Hungry Duck Farms, located just west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Madden uses regenerative farming practices to aid his farm in providing an assortment of veggies including cherry tomatoes, shashito, carrots, beets, arugula, and spinach. They can be found at the Tulsa Farmer’s Market and they’re produce can be found at Grassroots Ranch in Porter, Oklahoma and will be a vendor at the new locally sourced grocery and culinary market the Grassroots Larder coming to Cherry Street in Tulsa.
