Resilient Grow Farms
Rachel and Brent Summers at Resilient Grow Farms have a mission to feed 100 people a week for an entire year with only 1 acre of land, in the middle of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They are close to producing close to 50,000 pounds of nutrient dense, regeneratively grown food a year. Regenerative farming practices help the local environment by increasing the topsoil and adding biodiversity and nutrients to the soil. Rachel has a masters degree in environmental management and Brent is a mechanical engineer, after they spent time traveling they decided to join the agricultural revolutions and provide fresh, high quality produce to local Tulsa Residents. They try to grow over 30 different types of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. They can be found at the Tulsa Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings.
